Stretch & Tone ClassesAs a qualified dance professional "Agathe" (pronounced A-gat) combines a Yoga and Pilates style with dynamic exercises to stretch and strengthen your whole body. With a strong emphasis on alignment, flexibility and core strength the classes can be tailored to suit all abilities. As well as improving your overall flexibility and core strength, you will develop better joint flexibility, co-ordination and balance. Agathe has a keen eye for perfect form and alignment developed over many years of studying performance dance and dance fitness training. Body Conditioning, stretching and toning are all essential parts of a dancer's life. The class will also benefit anyone who wants to develop a strong, healthy, toned and agile body. This fun and energetic class will help you to focus your energy and it will leave you feeling invigorated.
