Please Call to book your place. "Square1 Weight Loss Method" will teach and guide you towards getting your body healthy through correct dietary choices and a balance lifestyle. The result is that you will develop long term change in your diet to allow you to lose weight naturally. Lead by Frances Bavin & Catherine Broome who are both experienced and qualified nutritional therapists. The course is results focused and it provides the opportunity to learn basic nutrition science in relation to weight gain. We also teach motivational exercises and monitor your progress. The topics that we discuss are essentially looking at the roadblocks to weight loss such as neurotransmitter balance, food intolerances and hormone balance. The plan is therefore one that is designed to tackle these aspects. Although the focus is on food we do offer you the opportunity to buy some natural supplements which are optional but which may enhance your results. We focus on altering the underlying biochemistry so that you experience less cravings. This will allow you to rely less on your willpower and you do not have to constantly count calories. Whilst we are very interested in the underlying biochemistry we also feel that psychology is vitally important, so we teach you about food addictions and how food can be used to communicate the right and wrong signals to our bodies. We also make you aware of the impact that your social environment can have on weight gain and we arm you up with strategies to help overcome this. We monitor your body composition and visceral fat and teach you how important this is in terms of metabolic health. At the end of the course all the participants are provided with a full report of progress. The cost of the six week course is £200.00Each course is limited to 10 people and a minimum start group size of 6 people. Participants also have the option of upgrading to come and see Frances Bavin on a one to one basis, if they have issues which require more targeted supported such as digestive issues, thyroid problems, fertility issues or other illnesses.
