3) Private Wellness Annual Package - £595.00

(Nine separate appointments of one hour plus wellness reports, programme update and support)

Our annual Wellness packages are for individuals who want to have professional guidance to help them realise their goals. This is a comprehensive package of testing, guidance, personalised programmes and support designed by David Calder to help you achieve your desired results. Our Wellness package is designed to work hand in hand with your home or health club training regime.

You have the added flexibility to upgrade your program at any point should you wish to top it up with extra personal training sessions.

Month One (First quarter period) June 2012 "for Example"

  • Initial Assessment for Fitness, Body Stats, Lifestyle and Health History.
  • Initial Assessment for Nutrition, Energy Levels and Dietary habits.
  • You are taught your personalized  fitness programme with the session conducted as a personal training session. You will receive a copy of your programme to take away with you.
  • Support.

First Review  (Second quarter period)  September 2012

  • Reassessment for Fitness, Body Stats, Lifestyle Changes update of current
    programme.
  • Nutrition Update, Energy Levels and progress.
  • Support.

Second Review (Third quarter period) December 2012

  • Reassessment for Fitness, Body Stats, Lifestyle Changes update of current
    programme.
  • Nutrition Update, Energy Levels and progress.
  • Support.

Third Review ( Fourth quarter period)  March 2012

  • Reassessment for Fitness, Body Stats, Lifestyle Changes update of current
    programme.
  • Nutrition Update, Energy Levels and progress.
  • Support through to and including June 2013.

Candidates will receive detailed and confidential reports of their progress each quarter after their visit.
