I was lucky to snap up the only available session to workout at the David Calder personal training studio in Edinburgh's chic West End. This studio is a luxurious place to get a programme perfectly fitted to you and your body. David's training and background in skiing for Scotland and GB means he has an eye for the subtle movements of your body to make sure your technique is effective during training. Being a woman who enjoys a high impact, energetic regime this was an ideal session.
